This document sets out the terms and conditions of your YourADN account (the Account) and related services, as well as other important information that customers should be aware of.

The YourADN brand is the commercial brand under which TOGO INFINITY LTD operates the services offered to you as a customer.

This document also constitutes a contract (the “Contract”) between the companies providing the various services and you, the Customer, in accordance with your use of the services you will utilize through the YourADN platform. This document is intended for customers residing within the European Union.

As you review this document, you will notice that it specifies the general terms and conditions for the use of various services. Please note that the services described in this document are provided by various authorized intermediaries who are subject to supervision by the competent authorities of their country of origin.

SERVICES PROVIDED

E-money services
• Current account in fiat currency
• Sending fiat money to third parties
• Deposits in fiat currency
• Conversion between different fiat currencies (limited to the currencies offered on the YourADN platform)
• Debit cards
• Prepaid cards

IMPORTANT

TOGO INFINITY LTD reserves the right to expand, modify, or reduce the services available on the YourADN platform and to replace, if necessary, any intermediaries offering their services through the YourADN platform, as it deems most appropriate for the countries in which it operates, in compliance with legal regulations for the full protection of the Customer.

2- ORENDA FS Holding Ltd
registered in the commercial register under no. 12404984 St. Martins House, 1 Gresham Street, London, England EC2V 7BX, a platform that operates e-money payment services under the licenses of:
3- Easy Payment & Finance. Easy Payment and Finance, E.P., S.A.,
with tax identification number A85785905, domiciled at Calle Leganitos 47, Planta 9ª, 28013 Madrid, registered in the Commercial Register of Madrid, Folio M-488476, Volume 27111 (“Easy”). Easy is a payment institution regulated and supervised by the Bank of Spain (C/ Alcalá 48, 28014 Madrid, Spain), listed in its Special Register of Payment Institutions under number 6849. Its activity includes the provision of payment services.
4- Transact Payments Malta Limited
registered in Malta under number C 91879 with headquarters in of Vault 14, Level 2, Valletta Waterfront, Floriana, FRN 1914, Malta, and which is authorized by the Malta Financial Services Authority as an electronic money institution
