Complaints, appeals, conciliation e-money
In the event that a dispute arises between the Customer and YOURADN relating to products and services PROVIDED, the Customer may submit a complaint to YOURADN by filling out the appropriate form on the site, or by sending a communication (by registered letter with return receipt, ordinary mail, email, certified email or fax) to one of the addresses indicated below:

YOURADN must respond within:
- 60 calendar days from receipt of the complaint relating to the operations and services provided;
- 15 working days from receipt of the complaint relating to transfer and exchange services. If, in exceptional situations, YOURADN cannot respond within this period, it will send an interim reply, indicating the reasons for the delay and specifying the deadline by which the customer will receive a definitive answer, which in any case will not exceed 35 working days.
