YOURADN must respond within:

      • 60 calendar days from receipt of the complaint relating to the operations and services provided;

      • 15 working days from receipt of the complaint relating to transfer and exchange services. If, in exceptional situations, YOURADN cannot respond within this period, it will send an interim reply, indicating the reasons for the delay and specifying the deadline by which the customer will receive a definitive answer, which in any case will not exceed 35 working days.

    It is important to indicate any relationship to which reference is made and to describe the dispute that occurred in the best possible way.
